🚨WHAT TO EXPECT THIS WEEK🚨

👨‍🎓Orientation Sign-ups: Please be sure to sign up for Part 1 and Part 2 OR the all-day orientation on Saturday. Both Parts 1 and 2 MUST be completed for employment. Please see the schedule below:

• Wednesday, June 4 from 9 am to 1 pm (Orientation Part 1)
• Wednesday, June 4 from 3 pm to 7 pm (Orientation Part 1)
• Thursday, June 5 from 9 am to 1 pm (Orientation Part 2)
• Thursday, June 5 from 3 pm to 7 pm (Orientation Part 2)
• Saturday, June 7 from 8 am to 4 pm (Complete Orientation – Parts 1 and 2)

REMINDER!

If you have not done so, please remember to bring in your I-9 Documentation.

I-9 Documentation: We will be collecting I-9 (employee verification) documentation. Common I-9 Documents include:

• Valid Passport or two of the following:
  • Driver’s license and social OR driver’s license and birth certificate
  • Social Security Card
  • Birth Certificate
  • Military ID
  • Citizenship or Residency Card

✉️Offer Letters: We will start sending out offer letters. Please sign and submit as soon as possible. The deadline is Friday, May 30^th.

👔Uniform Fittings: Uniform fittings will be held in the Community Room. Please be sure to stop by on one of those days to get fitted and ensure the correct uniform size is ordered. Please note, the pants run small. 

✅Background check and onboarding will be launched the week of June 2^nd. The deadline to complete background check and onboarding is June 13^th.

✍️Complete all online New Hire Paperwork and provide banking information (blank check or checking account and routing number) for payroll and tax purposes.
